Headteacher, Mr Mark Powell, said, ‘This is a proud day for everybody associated with Aberdare Community School. These students have worked hard at their subjects and have produced grades which will set them in good stead for their adult lives, whether that be in Higher Education or the workplace. They have proven to be a credit to themselves, their school and their families and I wish them all the very best for the future. I am confident that our AS students will build on these successes also and produce outstanding A Level results next summer.’
